Interior of Mount Pleasant Church

Mount Pleasant Church

Hurley & Davies were commissioned through a technical assistance grant to support the renovation and redevelopment of Mount Pleasant Church.
Our role was to provide professional advice and deliver a detailed feasibility study, which was instrumental in helping the Church apply for funding from various grant providers. The study explored five development options, ranging from modest extensions to full demolition and rebuild. For each option, we developed cost estimates, work programmes, and sketch designs, while carefully considering site constraints, user needs, statutory compliance, and other site-specific factors.

Following a thorough evaluation, a preferred option was selected and developed further. We then supported the Church in seeking funding to bring this transformative project to life.
