We’ve returned to Caldey Island to continue our work on the Building Fabric Condition Survey and the Risk-Assessed 10-Year Forward Maintenance Plan for the estate.

This time, we made the crossing under moonlight – a truly memorable experience that highlights just how special this project is. The island’s heritage, tranquillity, and unique architecture continue to inspire us as we help plan for its future.
