Whole Home Assessment Progress Update – September 2025

We’re pleased to share another strong month of progress in our Whole Home Assessment programme, delivered in partnership with a major housing association in South Wales.

This Month’s Highlights:

386 properties assessed
Focus areas: WHQS compliance, HHSRS standards, energy efficiency, and stock condition reporting
Team update: Welcoming a new surveyor to support growing demand
Resident engagement: Continued collaboration to ensure smooth access and minimal disruption

This initiative continues to generate vital data to support housing improvements, inform decarbonisation strategies, and guide long-term asset management planning.
