A Stunning Start to Our Week on Caldey Island.

Our surveyors are spending several days on Caldey Island, progressing with the Building Fabric Condition Survey and the Risk-Assessed 10-Year Forward Maintenance Plan for the estate.

The week began with an incredible sunrise over Tenby and a rainbow arching across the harbour, a spectacular backdrop for an important project focused on preserving the island’s unique heritage and infrastructure.
