This Month’s Highlights:

344 properties assessed – a significant increase from July!
Focus areas: Energy efficiency, WHQS compliance, HHSRS standards, and stock condition reporting.
Momentum building: Continued growth in survey capacity and operational efficiency.
Resident-first approach: Maintaining strong engagement to ensure smooth access and minimal disruption.
