The end user, a specialist adult care provider, offers a wide range of services including complex mental health care, physical disability support, bespoke personal care, and emergency or respite care. These diverse needs were central to the design process of Willow Springs Care Facility. Hurley & Davies led the project from initial brief development through to completion, managing planning and building control approvals, tender procurement, and contract administration. The team ensured a seamless transition by novating the contract to the selected contractor, maintaining continuity and quality throughout the build.
