We were commissioned to undertake detailed fire compartmentation surveys throughout the estate. Our objective was to identify all necessary upgrading works to ensure the safety and compliance of the estate's fire compartmentation.
The project involved the production of comprehensive schedules of works, which included pre-tender estimated costs. Additionally, we updated the Trust’s fire plans in readiness for tender. Our thorough surveys and detailed schedules provided a clear roadmap for the necessary upgrades. This ensures that the estate met all fire safety standards.
The successful completion of these surveys and the identification of upgrading works significantly enhanced the fire safety of the estate. Our meticulous approach ensured that all necessary measures were identified and planned for. This provided the Trust with a comprehensive strategy for fire safety improvements.
