Hurley & Davies, in collaboration with a leading healthcare consultancy, surveyed 51 properties for Cardiff and Vale NHS, assessing condition, quality, function, and compliance as part of the estate appraisal survey.
The project involved detailed condition surveys, evaluations of building quality and functional suitability, and comprehensive reviews of Health & Safety and fire compliance across the estate. These assessments provided the Trust with a robust understanding of estate performance and risks. The collaborative approach ensured high-quality insights to support strategic planning and future investment in healthcare infrastructure.
