University of Wales Trinity St Davids Estate
Hurley & Davies have undertaken an estate condition survey and property appraisal for University of Wales Trinity St Davids.
This very large project comprised of physical condition assessments of the building fabric and both mechanical and electrical installations of approximately 150 buildings covering the Carmarthen, Lampeter and Swansea Campuses.
A review of the current backlog of the estate is also being compiled as well as the creation of a forward maintenance plan for the next 10 years.
In addition, Hurley & Davies are using their highly skilled software development division to create a custom analysis database that will enable the University to query the estate’s condition data and run their own reports and analysis to facilitate a number of additional executive requirements such as financial forecasting and more effective space management.
